Justin Hays began his construction career in Park City as a framer with Utah Home Building Company. From the start, his drive and work ethic set him apart. Within eight months, he advanced from crew member to crew lead, mastering custom timber framing, structural steel erection, siding, soffit, fascia, and finish carpentry.

Early in his career, Justin was entrusted to lead framing on two personal residences for the owner of Utah Home Building, including homes in Park Meadows and Glenwild. His ability to execute at a high level quickly led him into project management, where he was given full responsibility for a 6,500 square foot custom residence in Park Meadows built for the Park City Parade of Homes. The home was completed within twelve months and earned Best in Show in 2008.

As Project Manager, Justin oversaw construction from permit through completion on 19 luxury homes ranging from 5,000 to 13,000 square feet across Park City, Summit County, and Wasatch County. His leadership style is defined by precision, accountability, and attention to detail.

In 2016, while building in Promontory, Justin was recruited by Promontory Homes to serve as Project Manager for several of the community's premier neighborhoods, including Dye Cabins, Buffalo Jump, and Trapper Cabins. Between 2016 and 2019, he directed all aspects of vertical construction within these luxury enclaves.

Following completion of a residence in Buffalo Jump, Justin was invited by a client to relocate to Los Angeles to manage the construction of a 300-unit luxury apartment development. The project, Hanover West LA on Sepulveda Boulevard, was a 300 million dollar build. Justin worked directly with equity partner Invesco, delivering monthly executive summaries detailing budget performance, procurement strategy, buyout progress, scheduling, and risk mitigation solutions.

After completing the Hanover development, Justin returned to Utah to focus exclusively on high-end custom homes. He joined Promontory Homes as Senior Project Manager, overseeing The Pinnacle, the community's most elite product offering. He led the final phase of horizontal development and started the first residence constructed within Pinnacle. Over the next five years, he managed the construction of 17 luxury homes within the neighborhood, earning consistent client praise and repeat requests to lead their builds.

Justin later obtained his General Contractor license. Under his license, he partnered with PC Development Group to construct the Verano residence in The Summit at Promontory, further solidifying his reputation for delivering complex, architecturally driven projects.

In addition to active construction, Justin has provided pre-construction consulting and budget analysis on a custom residence in Aspen for the owner of The Hanover Company. His ability to identify conflicts within plans, anticipate risk, and implement proactive solutions is one of his greatest strengths.

With more than 40 years of experience in luxury master planned development and custom home construction, Michael Coopman is a respected leader in high end residential building throughout Park City. As Owner of PC Development Group LLC, Michael has built a reputation for delivering architecturally significant homes with precision, integrity, and exceptional quality. His experience spans land development, luxury residential construction, and commercial projects within premier private communities.

For 16 years, Michael served as President of Promontory Homes and acted as General Contractor working directly for Promontory Development owner Francis Najafi. During that time, he oversaw construction of more than 125 custom homes within the Promontory community and led completion of several landmark amenities including the Shed Clubhouse, Beach Club Clubhouse, Tubing Hill, and Nicklaus Clubhouses.

Since 2013, Michael has operated as sole owner of PC Development Group LLC. His portfolio showcases a diverse collection of luxury residences defined by thoughtful design, structural integrity, and refined execution.
